Technical Support Account Management

For our customers who prefer to have a single point of contact for all issues within the Revolution Analytics support organization in order to simplify and speed the reporting and resolution of any issue that may arise out of their deployment we provide the Technical Support Account Manager (TSAM).

Your TSAM is more than a dedicated support resource. The TSAM is there to help with strategic planning in areas directly effecting your analytics deployment; including but not limited to:

  • Building out your infrastructure
  • Streamlining deployments and upgrades
  • Assisting in identifying best practices for deploying models

In addition to enjoying all the advantages of Premium Support, your TSAM will meet, onsite, with your team once a year, deliver quarterly business reviews, and provide monthly reporting on all support activities. Also, as a TSAM customer you receive direct access to our roadmap and product futures discussions to ensure that your needs are known and addressed.
