The annual subscription for Revolution Analytics software includes Standard Technical Support. That includes:

  • Telephone Support during regional business hours – based on asset location
  • Access to Support resources on our Revolution Analytics Support site.  Includes:
    • Knowledgebase
    • Community Forums
    • Documentation
    • Online case submission and management
  • Email support
  • Three (3) named technical contacts available to open and manage support cases.
