First time subscribers to a Revolution product will receive an email with login credentials for this section of the web site. Your user name is most often your email address. If you would like us to resend your login credentials, please submit a support request.
How to Access Your Files
- Click on the link below that matches your subscription level.
- Subscription level information is provided on your login credentials email.
- If you can't find your subscription level, try clicking on all three links, as only one will work with your credentials. Consider starting with the "workstation" link since most people subscribe at that level. (Note: Work is currently being done to simplify this process)

The forum is available for all Revolution R users and is designed to promote support through community. This is a place to get user-to-user support on REvolution products and ask questions from other Revolution R users.
