Build and Release Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for building C and Fortran packages and applications on Windows, Linux and Mac environments. You will be responsible for debugging the build failures and working with engineering team to resolve failures. Additionally, this position will focus on implementing and automating build best practices. You should have a good understanding of how to automate tools within the build environment, manage a build infrastructure, and set up an automated environment to verify the build. You will leverage your experience to assess and implement improvements and increase build reliability and performance. You should be an expert user of at least one make-type environment and one or more installation builders or package managers. You should have substantial experience compiling and debugging C/C++ and Fortran, have a strong background in Linux, Windows and Mac environments, and a good understanding of the general application build process.
